I have the honour to ask if you can obtain for Official information through the Colonial Secretary's office on the following points;
1. What is the prescribed course of study pursued by Sing King Cadets either at King's College or at University College, subsequent to their having passed the Competitive Examination held by the Civil Service Commissioners, and prior to leaving England?
2. What is the prescribed course of study in Chinese language to be gone through under the supervision of the local Board of Examiners after arrival in Hong Kong?
I should like the information, if possible, to be in detail.
